Born in Northowram.
He was an engineer 1861.
On 21st August 1831, he married Selina Turner at Halifax Parish Church.
Selina from Northowram, was the daughter of Japhet Turner
Children:
Susannah 1841-1883 who married John Halliday
Joseph b 1846 who was a machine apprentice 1861
Frederic b 1848
Question: I have read that Susannah was a granddaughter of John Foster. Can anyone throw any light on this?
